movement must be avoided, otherwise the deposit could
be redistributed in the bottle, so reducing the attractiveness
or the quality of wine.
If the bottle has been laid down it must be carefully
put down into a wicker basket paying attention that
the part previously laid down and that keeps the sediment
remains on the bottom, that the neck is higher than
the foot and that during its transfer the bottle is
kept still.
