The Cantine Lizzano has a daily production-capacity of about 7.000 quintals of grapes and 220.000 quintals of grapes for year, including a potting capacity of about 290.000 hectolitres.
The main activity of the company is focused on the wines production that achieves about 90% of invoiced; the rest of activities (about 10%) is represented by the production of olive oil.
