The Cantine e Oleificio Sociale di Lizzano "Luigi Ruggieri" S.c.r.l. company is operating since 1959 in activities concerned with wine and oil production and bottling.
These activities are carried out in an industrial area located in Lizzano (Taranto province), owned by company itself.

The company represents now a co-operative society for production - with about 380 membersi - which operates in the wine industry sector, both at regional and national level (it is third oenological centre of Apulia region and one of 23 Italian centres), with a stockage capacity of 290.000 hectolitres.

The company is equipped with modern productive plants devoted to vinification and a set of automatic equipments used for bottling and packaging of the different kind of products (Certification of Controlled Origin - D.O.C. -, Typical Geographic Indication - I.G.T. -, and table-wines).

The wines of Cantine Lizzano fully expresses the old flavours of a delicious and beautiful land: they allow to recover the drinking relish and provide new gladness to stay together spending lunch/dinner.
